For such design projects, we offer Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) services. This is best suited for structurally forward commercial projects or TI. Please notes that our commercial architectural design services are only offered in the context of Tenant Improvements.  Most TI will require as well the services of a professional architect, professional electrical engineer and professional mechanical engineer.
